Abstract This experiment was conducted in the tissue culture laboratory for postgraduate studies of Department Life Sciences College Science, Al-Qadisiyah University to obtain a study response Catharanthus roseus external growth stimuli, which include plant regulators, auxins (IAA, NAA, IBA) and cytokines (Kin, BA), under influence light conditions.
